Dave Marsden
Dave Marsden, D-Fairfax County, was was elected to Virginia's senate in 2010. He served in the House of Delegates from 2006-2009. A lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, Marsden graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 1970 and had a long career working in juvenile justice as a probation officer and, eventually, superinedent of Fairfax County's Juvenile Justice Center. In 2000, he was appointed chief deputy and then acting director of the 2,700-person Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice.
